Great ready, get set, go! This fun, fast-paced class requires you to move quickly from one exercise to the next taking little to no rest in between moves. It emphasizes strength, balance, posture and endurance by alternating periods of brisk-walking, floor exercises and balance challenges. The benefits of participating in circuit class for older adults are plenty: increased stamina and core strength, improved memory and spine health, and developed balance for greater physical capacity.
Wear comfortable walking shoes and clothing that allows for easy movement.
