We’re all focused on the 16th Annual Trivia Bowl Challenge on Thursday evening, November 7. New this year is an opportunity for those of you here at Heritage Place who maybe can’t come to the event to participate in the 50/50 Raffle! If you’re not familiar with “50/50”, you can come to Heritage Place starting Monday, November 4, buy a Trivia Raffle Ticket for $10.00/each (or 3 of them for $25.), complete the Raffle Ticket, putting your ticket in the large raffle box. This box, along with money gathered, will go to the event on November 7, guests at the event will also buy tickets. At the end of the event all money will be tabulated and a winning ticket will be drawn. The winner receives ½ of the total amount donated; Heritage Place keeps the other half. So, the more people donate, the more you have the chance to win! Raffle Tickets will be available at Heritage Place only Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday during regular business hours. All raffle donations must be in cash. You need not be present to win, and you will be notified by Lynnette or Ed if you are the winner.
Cake Decorating with Jackie Cooper will take place on November 12 and 19, just in time for your holiday cake baking! Senior Planet will present the topic of Cell Phone Photography on November 15; we have an Elder Fraud Presentation on November 20, and a POP-UP Fashion Ladies Ring sale on November 13. Be sure to see the calendar for these and all classes!
Heritage Place will be closed November 27, 28 & 29 in observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday.
